Introduction GetTogether is a platform that provides a service where users are able to rent a buddy that is purely for social purposes. The person that is arranged by GetTogether for the Service is referred to as “Rented Buddy”.
Acceptance By using the service of www.gettogether.sg website (the “Website”), you (“User” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this “Agreement”). If you wish to visit the website and make use of the gettogether.sg service (the “Service”), please read this Agreement. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all the terms of service, you should immediately leave this website and not use the website services. Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.
Website Services GetTogether provides a platform to provide a service where users are able to rent professionals. THE SERVICE MAY NOT BE USED TO SOLICIT OR CREATE SEXUAL OR PHYSICAL CONTACT BETWEEN MEMBERS, OR IN ANY WAY WHICH OTHERWISE VIOLATES APPLICABLE LAW AND/OR THESE TERMS OF USE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IN VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION MAY RESULT IN A VARIETY OF PENALTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REVOCATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. Payments made by you to GetTogether are only for the duration of time specified for the service provided by the Rented Buddy.
By using the service from GetTogether, you acknowledge and agree to pay on behalf of the Rented Buddy for any activities during the course of the Services that you and the Rented Buddy have mutually agreed on before the meet up. Any other services that both parties decide to engage must be of mutual consent between you and the Rented Buddy and GetTogether shall not hold any form of responsibility. GetTogether prohibits any unlawful use of the site, including escorting, prostitution and human trafficking. By using our website service, you agree to use our service lawfully and are bound to arbitration any disputes between us. You should not use our Service without agreeing to these terms. GetTogether reserves the right to take legal action for any such violation to the full extent permitted by law.
Cancellation and Refund In the event where you cannot turn up for the scheduled meet-up, you may inform GetTogether to cancel the meet-up. GetTogether will refund 90% of the payment if the cancellation was done 12 hours prior to the scheduled meet-up. If the cancellation is made with less than 12 hours to the scheduled meet-up time, GetTogether will only refund 60% of the payment back to you. In an event where customer(s) finds that the particular Rented Buddy looks too different from the photos, unhappy with the attitude of the Rented Buddy etc. GetTogether will conduct a check on both parties to ensure fairness and resolve the dispute. Refunds will only be applicable on a case to case basis in such scenarios. In an event, where the Rented Buddy is late, for instance, 15 mins, he/she will stay 15 mins more to compensate for the time gone. You will also have a choice of getting a full refund if he/she is late by more than 30 mins should you do not wish to continue with the date. In all circumstances, GetTogether’s decision shall be final and shall be under no obligation to provide a full refund for payment received.
Extension Of Service In the event that you would like to extend the duration of the service . Please inform our coordinator. The approval for extension will be subject to the Rented Buddy’s availability. Payments are required to be made before the extension of the service. If the extension ends after 11.00pm, $30 will be charged in addition to the cost for the service.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and not hold any responsibilities on GetTogether, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service.
Termination GetTogether reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services at any time for any reason at its sole discretion. During the course of Services provided, customers’ using offensive language or displaying offensive and inappropriate behavior towards Rented Buddy/Buddies would constitute a violation of the Agreement Rented Buddy/Buddies are not obligated to continue with the Services and have the right to terminate the Service immediately. In such circumstances, GetTogether shall be under no obligation to provide a refund for payment received. Rented Buddy/Buddies are also not allowed to be brought to venues which may implicate them during a police raid for instance, an illegal KTV environment (where there are foreign women as hostess). In an event that our members are brought to such a venue, they have the right to leave immediately and no refund is applicable to customers. GetTogether has the right to terminate the service immediately and no refund is applicable to customers.
Disclaimer You agree and acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. GetTogether does not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or/and expectations.
Limitation Of Liability You acknowledge and agree that GetTogether shall not be liable for any direct, indirect damages or losses, arising from the use of the service.
Changes To Terms Of Service GetTogether is not obliged to notify you with updates to the changes to this terms of service. The terms of service may be updated from time to time and you are encouraged to review the terms of service from time to time.

Copyright Infringement If there is any website content, photograph or images that violate your copyrights, please immediately notify GetTogether by sending an email to info@gettogether.sg
Disputes If you have a dispute with a Rented Buddy/Buddies, you agree not to hold GetTogether liable from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Entire Agreement These terms constitute the entire agreement between GetTogether and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Singapore for the resolution of any disputes.
